The battle got a lot easier when I was down to two dragons after killing the other two as I didn’t have 3 dragons showering me with acid, fire and shock. My hands were trembling and I had tightness in my chest as my heart raced after the 45 minute battle that I finally won. And this was just the first of 8 raid bosses that I would eventually and unfortunately discover. I did not realize that it would literally take 18 months since then to finally defeat them. At the time I was only level 31 having finished the game on normal mode I thought ok I will have to level up more to take them on. After finishing the game I was given a side quest of “Hey can you take out these dragons, they are tough being level 52”.
This was the first raid boss I discovered when I finished this cesspool of a game two weeks in starting on June 5, 2020.
All of them attacking you at the same time without any cover on an open platform surrounded by lava. There were actually 4 dragons that had to be killed in order to defeat this raid boss.
Well after 18 months, over 1000 hours on this stupid game that I absolutely hate I have finally killed the raid boss “Ancient Dragons of Destruction”!! Yes it took this long to finally defeat this stupid raid boss or I should say 4 bosses as one.
